Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

5. Regulatory Compliance Obligations

The Company operates in accordance with AML/CFT requirements and may:

• Verify user identity and source of funds
• Monitor transactions
• Report suspicious activity
• Restrict or terminate accounts

Failure to comply may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Pricing and Transaction Fees

Users agree to the following fee structure for crypto-asset transactions:

• Acquisition of Crypto-Assets: 2.5%
• Disposal of Crypto-Assets: 2.5%

Additional charges may include:

• Payment processing fees
• Blockchain/network fees
• Currency conversion spreads

All fees are subject to change and are disclosed on the platform where applicable.

7. Trading Conditions and Leverage

Where applicable, users may engage in leveraged trading:

• Trading with borrowed funds increases both gains and losses
• Margin requirements must be maintained at all times
• Failure to meet requirements may result in automatic liquidation

8. High-Risk Product Disclosure

Certain products, including derivatives, involve increased risk due to:

• Market volatility
• Leverage exposure
• Rapid liquidation

These products may not be suitable for all users.

9. Trade Execution Standards

Orders are executed based on:

The Company does not guarantee execution at requested prices.
